Suppose to Watch it last Sunday in Melaka with deary but Sisi got jealous and did odds on us. So I have to postpone the plan and left her in Melaka to calm her down and let the mechanic have her fix LOL.

At last, I went to the movie last Tuesday with deary as promised.

The Rise of Planet of The Ape Movie (review)

WTF~ Why so many "the" and "of" in the tittle one? =.= Makes me confuse the name all the time~

Like you see in the poster, the main character is an ape. His name is Ceaser. Ceaser was the only survivor from the lab incident where his mother was blame for being aggressive rather than protective towards her new born baby, hence all ape in the lab was execute.

No String Attached (movie review)

This is the kind of movie when I watch the trailer in the cinema, I will tell myself:
I must watch it!

Thanks to Dr. L who postpone our test, I have a chance to relief. Drove to the nearest cinema once I finished class today. The cinema was quite empty. Well, what do you expect on Friday afternoon :)

Frankly, I like the story a lot!
Well, I am a girl (cough, not yet woman, k?), girls like romance, didn't we? *^ ^*

The 1st dialog that woke me up was:
"Can I finger you?"
Oh my... thats why it's rated!


I really like this scene.Ema told him not to get her flowers, so Adamget Ema carrot. So, creative!
Very little of you know I am allergy to smells. Especially flowers, chilies, perfume etc. Thus, I never let any 1 buy flowers for me. But, this is very sweet, coz you can eat those carrot not flowers *^ ^*
(what do you expect, am a future engineer, I am in rational all the time :p)



This is the 1 that I can never forget. Ashton Kutcher got naked to film this?
OMG *>.<* He is so cute even he is naked!



This is another scene that I missed. I don't like the story line there... but I just missed how he holds her.

I think I am pretty like Emma. Although I am not a Doctor( an engineer-to-be, I hope), not short or miniature ( I am quite tall, cough and a wide shoulder due to swimming) and not having sex freely (I am still quite conservative in sex though~), all other part is almost similar....
I fell you Emma.

If you are still not convinced enough, watch the trailer, girls will like. Guys, bring along your girls with you *^ ^*

Overall: 8.5/10 (It's a traditional happy ending where everybody get their perfect partner ^ ^)
3D effect: -non applicable-
Story: 9.5/10 (I am a girl, so just let me bias on this once. Please?)
Character development: 8/10
Humor: 9/10 (There are vulgar words flying here & there @@ but helps the story development pretty well too.)

Mr and Mrs Incredible (神奇俠侶)Movie Review

Watched it in a movie marathon with Jackie Loi.
Was attracted by the trailer.

My conclusion is that the trailer is pretty much un-related. What is in the funny trailer is not part of the movie. It's story about the boring life retired life of a super hero couple.


One thing I don't understand is that. Why their hair have always got grass? -__-

Overall: 6/10 (funny but boring at the same time)
3D/CG effect: 5/10 (Thanks to Jackie who remind me the effect, can't recall it has effect until some1 remind me, so it's not very impressive after all)
Story: 6/10 (very expect-able, but a bit depress when the story line is not syn with thriller)

Homecoming (笑着回家）movie review

Just a short update. Been busy with assignment and report. I think the max post for now is 1 per week. Too exhausted~
Anyway, thanks to dear dear Jackie Loi for arranging a day out for me to help me run away from my work load for a while~

My favourite actress (cough~ actor)

梁智强 Jack Neo as Karen Neo
No disappointment.
Maybe I didn't gave too much of expectation, that why it came out to be quite awesome too!

阿牛 A Niu as Karen Neo's son: Ah Meng
I always know his ability, just that in his previous movie: 初恋红豆冰，the character has nothing much to develope. Ah Meng character provide better skill development.
I support you!

Afdlin Shauki as Zool, the taxi driver.
As usual, his funny magic never fails.

Tron: Legacy (review)

This is one of my most anticipating science fiction movie of the year other than Iron man 2.

At the begining of the movie, 2 famous games in the grid were introduce.

First is the disk game.


Second is the light ribbon game.
It has same concept as the snake game in the old Nokia phone.
The different is that not 1 player but 2 or more player can be playing in the same time.

In both of these games, any program/user that lost in the game is destroy in the game.

There were once, my mate predict the appearance of the main character, Sam Flynn's dad.
However, he guessed 2 time but still not correct.
The secreat person in the car that save him is the last "ISO".

There are a lot unpredicted climax that happen in the movie.

Overall: 9.5/10 (oh well, nothing is perfect, hope there are 2nd and 3rd episode)
3D effect: -/10 ( I only watch digital, not 3D, so can't comment)
Story: 9/10 (my mate complain the story a bit draggy, but I think its just fine.)

Narnia 3: The Voyage of the Dawn Traeder (3D)

Last week, courtesy to Nuffnang, Eon Bank Group, GSC and blogger Jackie Loi, I was able to watch Narnia : Voyage of The Dawn Treader in 3D one day before it release in cinema!

Although I got a pair of tickets from Churp Churp too, but who will say no to a 3D right?
Thus, Jackie Loi, spare it to Jacquelyn and Alex.

The Dawn Treader


The 4 main character: Eustace, Edmund, Lucy and King Caspian.


In 1 of my favorite scene: Lucy reads the spells on *some book* that contains magical spells. There spells to snow, spells to look pretty, spell to see the unseens etc.
Lucy always thinks that her sister is prettier than her, so she want to be like her sister.
But she never realize than everyone has their own ability, we just need to appreciate and make use of what we have. No point of wanting something not belong to us.


In this 3rd movie, there is a new character which is Eustace, cousin for Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy.


In some *Idon'tknowwhathappen* circumstances, it transform to Dragon that breathe fire!
Then, from enemy, Reepicheep become Eustace best friend!
*touched~~~sob sob*

So overall, the story line of this movie is just so so compare to the 2nd (yes, I only watched 2nd), it's not the producer fault, maybe C.S Lewis decided to take a break from the dramatic storyline in Narnia 2: Prince of Caspian.
The 3D effect is also not very impressive, very conservative, nothing special but not too bad either. Perhaps the screen is too small (does it really matters?-__-)

Overall: 8/10
3D effect: 7/10
Story: 7/10 (very expect-able except Eustace turn into Dragon scene~~*teaser :p)

Rapunzel: At Tangled Tale (movie review and teaser)

As you may or may not aware(Why I always start with this sentence recently?) I watch Rapunzel: A tangled Tale last week courtesy to Nuffnang.

Well, if you have watch it, you will not read this review any more, but if you haven't. I am going to tell you the meanest movie teaser in the WORLD!!!

Other than the main characters, the are 2 more character in the movie that I like the most!

(1) Pascal the chameleon. Because its Rapunzel's only friend, so he is calm in every un-expectable scene but overacted or more hot tempered than Rapunzel when she can't made her mind.

So, its my favorite character ofcourse!

(2) Maximus the Royal horse. He personality is like a dog. Not really loyal, but quite cute.

And my favorite scene: when he is making the expression that he is surprise on the bounty, he was actually complaining her nose being drawn wrongly!

Well, after my tease, wouldn't you wanna watch it?

Get your a$$ to the cinema tonight!

If I can have my hair, 70 feet long some more, and style by itself...

I really can happy till die adi.

And if it's Gold some more, I can just cut it and sell it as gold thread!

Since it's migical, it can always grows back to it's original length!!!
