On His Majesty's Secret Duty Movie Review

Huhuhu.... It has been a while since Louis Koo acting in a movie. I miss him very much. I mean I miss his jokes and funny + handsome expression.

Went to watch this movie with my dear today. This is the plot provided by Hong Kong Cinemagic:
The secret service has been responsible for protecting the Emperor for generations and 12 agents are always assigned to bodyguard duty. Amongst the current group, Zero Zero Dog (Louis Koo) is considered to be the weakest as he shows no interest in the martial arts and spends his time studying technology and creatng inventions. When Dog stumbles upon an evil plot to kill the Emperor by the chief eunuch, Cao Yan Chui (Fan Siu Wong), he decides to prove everyone wrong and vanquish the enemy himself.

This is Fan Siu Wong as an eunuch that has great martial arts ability and Lee Kin Yan, more known as "YU FA" (如花）in Stephen Chow's movie.

Oh so this is like 1/2 of Stephen Chow movie? Even Actors are almost similar?! From left: Lam Chi Chung, David Tong Da Wei, Louis Koo

Overall: I like the movie a lot! There are scenes thats so funny that you can laugh till you hug your stomach and roll on the floor. I will give a 9/10 to it. The 1 point is minus due to the movie's lenght, too short adi, not syok enough.

WHO predicts one-third of population will have swine flu

With cases confirmed in 160 of 193 countries across the globe, the World Health Organization (WHO) predicts that two billion people could contract the swine flu, based on previous pandemic patterns. Indeed, WHO has already stated that laboratory identified cases alone are increasing at a rate too high to monitor.

The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) reports that 979 917 people have now perished from swine flu, with 159,224 154,985 officially confirmed cases.

In Europe, swine flu cases in England have doubled in the last week, while consultation rates with medical doctors in Wales increased 40 percent overnight. The UK national swine flu website, which was set up to help relieve some of the burden to doctors by allowing online visitors to assess their own symptoms, collapsed immediately after its launch due to the overload of more than 9 million visits per hour on its first day.

As more people become affected, France has urged those with flu symptoms to seek their family doctor rather than the hospital, and is reserving laboratory confirmation to higher risk groups. The swine flu also continues to claim lives, including those of 30 people in Brazil in just 24 hours.

Experts are now saying they are wary that the true deadliness of the virus remains to be seen, especially when autumn arrives in the northern hemisphere. This also reminds us that new and more lethal viral mutations are continually possible as long as animal farms exist to incubate new virus strains.

Vegeterian morning kickstart.

There has been a long time I didn't went for any exercises.

When my housemate ask me out for jogging next morning, I was quite passive at the start, but I agreed at last.

Thai snacks

Before Influenza H1N1 blows Asia, my mom went to Thai. She knows I love snacks, so she left some for me. My house went unders snacks curfew and some snacks are keep in a secret locked places before I back home after my 2nd sem final exam.
